臭いが少なく、より手頃な価格で使いやすい 3D プリント用樹脂。

NOVA3D 水洗い可能なレジンは臭いが少なく、粘度が低いためレジンの逆流が早くなり、プリント中にモデルが完全に硬化します。従来使用していた一般的な樹脂に比べて印刷時の臭いがほとんどありません。

ヒントを使用する:

使用前に軽くよく振ってください。直射日光や強い紫外線（強いLEDライトを含む）を避けてください。
再生樹脂はボトルに充填される際にろ紙でろ過されます。
樹脂を接続する際は直接触れないよう手袋を着用してください。
モデルのプリントが終了したらビルドプレートを取り外し、モデルを水ですすいでください。
洗浄終了後、模型の表面と内部を乾燥させ、硬化機で模型を硬化させます。

印刷されていない樹脂は再利用できますか?

はい、レジンは硬化するまで使用できます。樹脂内に小さな硬化物が混入し、次の印刷時にスクリーン漏れが発生する可能性があるため、ホッパーから注入するたびに濾過する必要があります。

印刷後、シュート内の樹脂はどうすればよいですか?

状況は 2 つあります。 1. 次に 2 回目の印刷は実行されません。トラフ内のレジンを一度濾過してから、レジンボトルに戻して保管することをお勧めします。 2. すぐに次の印刷を実行します。固化した残留物がトラフ内のスクリーンを押しつぶすのを防ぐために、印刷前にトラフ内の樹脂を濾過することをお勧めします。
